Play with Contrasts
Furthermore, you need to ensure that you play with a contrasting color in parallel with the focal one. Let’s say, the room majorly constitutes of blues and whites now – it is time to incorporate a contrast – like mustard yellows in the form of contrasting vases, trays, pillows, wall art, and window curtains to further refine the palette.
Now that you know how to design around a focal point, you must note that too much of everything is not good!
