Refund policy
Applicable to Online Orders:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (conditions apply).
Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Order Cancellations:
All orders cancellations are subject to approval. If approved, you will receive store-credit for the paid amount applied to your account.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
- 'Made-to-Order' Items.
- Items ordered to specifications - including but not, limited to colour, size, configuration, finish, etc.
- Sales/Discounted Items.
- Clearance Items.
- Floor Model / As-Is Items.
- Gift Cards.
- Digital or Virtual Products
- Digital or Virtual Services.
- Interior Design Consultation Services.
Warranty:
All products are covered under standard warranty for 60 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to genuine manufacturer defects only.
Expenses related to warranties (include shipping, pickups, deliveries and labor) are to be covered by the customer pre-paid.
It will not be honoured in the case of general wear and tear, unauthorized repair, or any negligence towards the care of the product (cuts, burns, spills, incorrect use of cleaning products, chemicals, agents etc).
Warranties are void on all products sold as or deemed as:
- 'Floor Model'
- 'As-is'
- 'Clearance'
- 'Discontinued'
Urban Manor Inc. reserves the right(s):
- To cancel a order for any reason deemed acceptable and/or neccessary by the manager(s) of Urban Manor Inc.
- To change pricing of any item(s) at any time [existing and past orders will not be effected].
- To reject a return.
- To reject a refund request outside the refund-return policy.
- To charge a service, labor, and/or parts fee.
- To charge for a service call or actions similar to.
- To charge for delivery (including drop offs).
- To charge for white-glove delivery.
- To charge for delivery to remote locations.
- To charge for re-delivery.
- To change any policy and its application at any time.
- To charge a fee for adminstrative and/or logistical purposes.
- To charge a restocking fee.
- To charge duties, taxes and other fees.
Note: The list of rights above is not exhaustive or exclusive, and is subject to the judgement and decision of the Manager(s) and Staff of Urban Manor Inc. which is applied on a case-to-case.
