SHIPPING:
Standard Ground Shipping:
All orders using 'Standard Ground Shipping' are delivered via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator or Other service providers, using standard ground economy shipping.
Products will be left at the front door/first point of entry & require an adult (18+) signature to authorize that goods have been received.
Standard Ground Shipping does not include installation or packaging removal.

In-Store Pickup (FREE)
All order pickups will be pre-confirmed by Urban Manor via email.

White-Glove Delivery Service ($$$):
Where applicable, Urban Manor offers Premium White-Glove Delivery.
Our professional and experienced delivery team brings in your furniture to the desired room, install and assemble the items and dispose of all packaging.

Note: White-Glove Delivery does not include the following:
- Hanging/Installing of any type of mirrors, art-work, lighting fixtures &/or decorative items.
- Mounting TV's or Home Entertainment Systems.
- Moving or Removing of Existing Furniture including doors, windows or fixtures to allow for safe entry/clearance of Urban Manor furniture items.
LEAD TIME - ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA):
Made-to-Stock:
Made-to-Stock items are generally picked, packed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase and arrive to your residence between 5-14 business days.
We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped along with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Made-to-Order:
Made-to-Order items are specifically manufactured for your order based on selected specifications (colour, size, finish, etc).
Lead Times/ETA depend on the product, country of origin and the level of customizability.

DAMAGES, WARRANTIES, BACKORDERS, EXCEPTIONS:
Damages, Issues and Freight Claims:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
You will be required to provide images of the damage(s) and packaging, along with your order number within 48 hours of product reception.
All freight claims for defective merchandise (exterior packaging, boxes, shipping crates) must be made direct to the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all shipments upon arrival.
Any claim for loss or damages must be noted directly on the carrier’s Bill of Lading.
Failure to do so will exempt Urban Manor from any responsibility.
Warranty:
All products are covered under standard warranty for 60 days from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to genuine manufacturer defects only.
It will not be honoured in the case of general wear and tear, unauthorized repair, or any negligence towards the care of the product (cuts, burns, spills, incorrect use of cleaning products, chemicals, agents etc).
Warranties are void on all products sold as:
- 'Floor Model'
- 'As-is'
- 'Clearance'
- 'Discontinued'
Expenses related to warranties (include shipping, pickups, deliveries and labor) are to be covered by the customer pre-paid.
Commercial - Hospitality Warranty:
Certain items are identified as being suitable for light commercial/hospitality purposes (i.e., offices, reception areas, model homes).
Standard warranties are voided for any product used under non-residential conditions.
Delays, Backorders and Stock Levels:
Urban Manor takes great effort to ensure that product inventory meets customer demand levels.
However, due to numerous uncontrollable factors, when stock-out situations do occur, Urban Manor provides a wide variety of acceptable substitute products are readily available.
Backorders are managed and tracked in the system unless otherwise instructed.
Backorders are normally shipped out with a prior email notification or with instruction of the customer when stock is inventoried.
Exceptions:
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Statutory Holidays.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is currently limited to Canadian Residences only [Call us for a shipping quote]
Urban Manor Inc. reserves the right(s):
- To cancel a order for any reason deemed acceptable and/or neccessary by the manager(s) of Urban Manor Inc.
- To change pricing of any item(s) at any time [existing and past orders will not be effected].
- To reject a return.
- To reject a refund request outside the refund-return policy.
- To charge a service, labor, and/or parts fee.
- To charge for a service call or actions similar to.
- To charge for delivery (including drop offs).
- To charge for white-glove delivery.
- To charge for delivery to remote locations.
- To charge for re-delivery.
- To change any policy and its application at any time.
- To charge a fee for adminstrative and/or logistical purposes.
- To charge a restocking fee.
- To charge duties, taxes and other fees.
