RETURNS:

Any claim for damages must be reported to our Service department through the form below & with supporting photos sent to (logistics@urbanmanor.com) within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

Urban Manor reserves the right for items to be returned to our warehouse for inspection, or be inspected by your area service representative. If the claim is justified, part replacement, product repair, or exchange will be made as deemed necessary. 

Urban Manor Inc. will not accept any returns without prior authorization from our Service department. Any merchandise that is returned without authorization through no fault of Urban Manor Inc. will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

*Customized/Personalized orders cannot be returned. No refunds, merchandise credits or exchanges will be given*
